Media Tasting session with Punjab Grill @ MBS
We kick started this 3 hours long lunch with cheesy naan with olives. The slight chewiness got our jaws warmed up for a line up of modern Punjabi cuisine.
What a wonderful idea to use watermelon as the “burger buns”! Watermelon helps to ease the greasiness from the deep fried patty.
While waiting for the main dishes, we were constantly fed with a few starters including this masala toast.
Chickpea puree with grilled scallop so good that you wish someone else is allergic to seafood.
Tandoori tiger prawn with deep fried lotus patty.
At this point, most of us are having food coma. Too much food… Too much good food!
Thank you Punjab Grill for having Cultlinary.sg for the media tasting.
