How long do you use your chopping board for and how do you maintain it?

I heard that after slicing or chopping meat on the board, it is good to use lemon to rub on the surface after washing it. It is just to remove the meaty stench or it will prevent bacteria growth?

Anyone using an air fryer now? does it really make the fried item dry and tasteless? Thinking of getting one. Any brand to recommend?

Any interesting story on how you started/love cooking?? I guess for myself I love to prepare my own nutritious meal for my post gym workout, thus I started to cook for my own.
