To make dough, use 250g flour with 160ml water, 5g dry yeast and 1 tsp salt. For pizza base, mix 50g tomato paste with garlic and herbs. Spread the base on dough evenly, followed by sliced onion, cherry tomatoes, and crab meat. Top with mozzarella cheese and oregano herb. Use fresh oregano if available. Drizzle some olive oil and a pinch of salt. Bake in preheated oven to 230C for 12min. Serve 3-4 people.
